Steve Zitting was outstanding. He had my new car waiting for me, took a quick look and had everything done with the financing in a snap. My new car was perfectly cleaned and ready to go. He completely explained everything on the car to me althought this car is so amazing I think I forgot some of the things it can do. I have purchased all of my Mercedes from Steve since the 90's. I will not buy a car from anyone or any other dealer. This wasn't my first visit to this dealership. I use these guys for all my service needs. I have dealt with Lou Fullmer since the beginning. I decided to go on this site because I do not feel the surve these guys for all my service needs. I have dealt with Lou Fullmer since the beginning. I decided to go on this site because I do not feel the surveys do this person justice. She(Lou)goes far beyond the call of duty for anyone who walks thru their door. She is a very extraordinary person. She was great to accomodate my impossible schedule, and they get me in and out in a very timely manner. Lou keeps me informed throughout the process. (Even after their normal business hours.) I really can't say enough good about her, and I can only imagine what a great asset she is to the company.
