This past Wednesday, I drove off in my dream car — a 2024 Camaro ZL Earned! I can't say enough great things about Mercedes-Benz of Doylestown, PA. This past Wednesday, I drove off in my dream car — a 2024 Camaro ZL1 Convertible — and it wouldn’t have happened without the amazing team here. I found the car online — black, manual, convertible, low miles — at a price that felt too good to be true. I reached out immediately, and Kamil sent me a video of the car the following day! That alone excited me, but it was just the beginning of an exceptional experience. The title wasn’t released since it was a recent trade-in (a typical delay in PA), but Kamil and his team were upfront and honest about everything. I was nervous they might sell it to someone else, but they kept their word and held the car for nearly two weeks. That kind of integrity is rare these days. I flew to Philly, grabbed an Uber to the dealership, signed the paperwork, and was on the road in under two hours, driving home in the car I’ve dreamed of for years. But what truly impressed me wasn’t just the car—it was the people. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, kind, and treated me like family. Even though I wasn’t buying a Mercedes-Benz, the staff went out of their way to make me feel valued. Kamil, Marion, and the sales and finance manager were all genuinely friendly and engaging. Black Sheep of the Faulkner family, or chip off the old block? Kevin Rogers and team treated us with a complete lack of integrity. Flat out lied when we bought a "certified" pre-owned car. We paid 51K f block? Kevin Rogers and team treated us with a complete lack of integrity. Flat out lied when we bought a "certified" pre-owned car. We paid 51K for the car and were told how well the car would hold its value. 11 months and only about 3,000 miles later, Kevin and team offered us 31K saying "the market has changed". Car was in their shop 7 times for approx 6 week due to ongoing issues that the service department could not figure out, plus a visit to the auto body shop due to damage done by mechanics. Is it only Faulkner Mercedes that operates this way, or is this the standard operating procedure for the whole Faulkner family? Don't take the risk, buy your car (new or used) from someone (anyone) other than Faulkner! More
