Regular scheduled service and new tires I received excellent service from the service rep - Rob Green. I was in a bind and just stopped by mid morning because I had a tire going flat. Since I received excellent service from the service rep - Rob Green. I was in a bind and just stopped by mid morning because I had a tire going flat. Since my scheduled service was only 5 days away, I asked if I could also get that arranged. The service center was very busy, but Rob shuffled around a few things and was able to get me taken care of. He also offered a loner car, but I opted for a driver to take me to my office. Rob had him there in 2-3 minutes and made sure he picked me up later that day when my car was ready. Great service. More

Where is the competition???? Since Lithia took over European Motorcars I have a feeling that things went a bit backwards. From very beginning they acted as "the only dealer in town" and as there is no other MB dealer in town I guess they can afford it. The service (shop) is still excellent, but everything else is falling a bit short. AMG Fan. More
Fantastic service and convenience...no matter what you drive I can't say enough good things about this service center. I don't own a Mercedes or BMW, but these guys treat me just the same. I'm almost embarrassed I can't say enough good things about this service center. I don't own a Mercedes or BMW, but these guys treat me just the same. I'm almost embarrassed to drag in my old 2007 Chrysler minvan when there are all of these expensive luxury cars around, but Scott Long, Brian Selby and the others treat me like I coasted in with a $160,000 Mercedes. I've presented their technicians with some pretty tough tasks, but they always get it worked out and I always leave happy. More

I own a 2012 Mercedes that was due for service B. I took it to MB of Des Moines and used their shuttle. They were over an hour late picking me up even after numerous calls and assurances that the shuttle wa it to MB of Des Moines and used their shuttle. They were over an hour late picking me up even after numerous calls and assurances that the shuttle was on its way. After complaining I was told I would get a complementary detail service. That was 3 months ago, I've called numerous times and always get the run around. I would advise anyone to drive to Omaha or Kansas City or anywhere else other than this dealership. More
