I dropped the car off for emergency repair without an appointment and understanding it might be a while before they could get to it to even diagnose the issue. Service Mana Regarding my previous review addressing my displeasure over the dealer not replacing the worn tires on a car I just purchased from them. Service Manager/Ryan reached out to me. He offered to replace the worn tires and perform an alignment all at no cost to me. Minutes later Service Advisor/Nathan contacted me, scheduled an appointment and I now have new tires.
