When I took my car in since I was smelling oil burning alot more, Jeremy had the tech. check the vech out before leaving just in case it was a leaking seal on the oil filter. But it turned out to be both valve cover gaskets and I started to fear how much this could cost me even with the ext.warranty. Jeremy did remember what type I paid for and almost know it would be covered and it was outside a few extra hose's that needed to be replaced since the tech was there. Since Jeremy has known me for some time he had the hose's replaced without calling me since I would have told him to replace them. Jeremy has shown me that trust is earned not given and has gone out of his way to insure everything works out and makes any service I have done is easy without a high repair bill. More
