Mercedes Benz of Denver and its staff are HORRIBLE THIEVES. Michael Ruch is a HORRIBLE service director that in no way reoresents the mercedes benz brand standard. Michael Ruch AND his service dept gave us an estimate of $300 to change a fuse. That alone is insane PRICE GOUGING and a complete disrespect to a mercedes benz owner. After having the car for 2 days they called to say the car was ...fine/fixed...and the srvc dept just needed to monitor it for 24 hrs before release...2 days later these THIEVES found a ...relay... without a cap. The relay cap is no longer available as a single part..so they replaced the entire relay. The estimate went from $300 to $600+. This is blatant dealership THIEVERY. They took advantage of us to FIILL THEIR POCKETS with no regard to the NON MECHANICAL service they had performed. This is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service and someone should be PERSECUTED under the law. Michael Ruch should be ASHAMED AND mercedes benz should be EMBARRASSED. This dealership should be AVOIDED AT ALL COST. These are THIEVES and CON MEN masquerading as mechanics and service personnel. Mercedes Benz owners....BEWARE!!! More
I bought the GLE 350 2021, since the first week on 02/26/21 my car presented this fluid on the front breaks I told for service and sales people. They were rude with us. The maximum was changed the pads in this time but it was normal . Now my car has 15,000 miles on 08/19/2021 and have a noise on suspension they told me to change the pads. It’s incredible!!! Lack of transparency from start to finish. Receive three different final invoices for charging the A/C system on my Mercedes ranging from $269 to $620. Asked with one should I pay as all were confusing and provided no detail. It also took 3 days to get to my car even after having booked an appointment the week prior. Tried to get clarity and asked for detail. All I got is labor is high - yet it actually only took 30 minutes in labor to charge the A/C system. Not trustworthy or believable. $440 in labor for 30 min? Their shop rate is higher than a Ferrari. Go figure. I do not recommend. You won't get a straight answer or detailed invoice that explains everything. More

A week later my car started acting up and I took it back to them and they told me that all these other issues popped up and that it would cost 7k to fix. Service advisor I had was Josh.”, he told me that “we can’t see into the future if anything is gonna go wrong with the car”. that’s exactly why the inspection is there and not to mention I brought the car back in that same week of the inspection!!! Anyways, got the list of things that was wrong and I told them to fix everything. They had my car for 4 weeks just to tell me AFTER I pick it up and drive off that they didn’t top off the oil because I asked for a oil change with the rest of the lists of issues. Not to mention that when I picked up the car the battery was acting up. I never had a issue with the battery, but now he tells me to drive the car around for a hour so it can charge the battery. This is not my fault!! The he tells me that I’m going to need a new battery actually now. Smh! Not to also mentions when I picked up the car all of the lights that needed servicing was still on! My car drove worse then when I brought it in. Then he tells me dont go to the service manager I’ll give you some money off just don’t tell them so I don’t get in trouble. Smh! I don’t care about 200$ After paying 7k I don’t expect to do anything but drive my car home. Then the service manager came by and accused me of smoking in the loaner I got. I literally drove the car home which is 2 miles away and went out of state. Came back and returned the car so there was literally 3-4 miles on the dash. But he’s gonna accuse me of smoking in the car and got real mad and started insulting me and kept accusing me of smoking when I clearly DID NOT! Overall horrible experience actually the WORST I ever received with any mechanic. My backyard mechanic would’ve atleast changed the oil correctly. Now my car had damages and won’t even start. My lawyer will definitely be reaching out. See you losers in court More
Bad experienced services I bought my CLA 250 for just over 1 year its still under warranty. Then yesterday the check engine sinal turned on again, i already brought it in. Lets put hope this time for problem to be really solved Not recommended this dealership More
Good will makes up for customers coming back! Geoffrey took great care of me and even though I had to ask for him to cover a repair I thought should've been covered in the first place, he graciously resolved my problem and I feel that I can trust working with this company considering they were willing to stand behind the product. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR CAR THOROUGHLY AFTER HAVING SERVICE I took my Mercedes in to have work done due to a recall. I was given a loaner car and was asked to sign a waiver saying I wouldn't have any animals in I took my Mercedes in to have work done due to a recall. Almost immediately after I got into the car I noticed dog hair plastered in the cup holders, on the mats and there was dog slobber covering the entire passenger seat. I called the dealership to let them know what I saw and that I DID NOT own a dog.and did not want to be charged for the dog hair everywhere. When I picked my car up the next day there was a 3 inch tear in the seam of my drivers seat that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I spoke with the service manager Clark and was assured that they would fix my seat and that he himself would be in charge from beginning to end to assure the work was done. Clark asked me to call and set up an appointment which I did. My husband took off from work to take it in for me only to get there and have the service manager tell him that the seat was 'average wear and tear' and that they would not fix it. My husband asked to speak to,Clark and was told he was in a meeting. My husband and I both called and left Clark a message explaining what we were being told and we have yet to get a call back from him or anyone else in the dealership. As a woman I am very skeptical to take my car in to a dealership for service because I feel as though I will be mislead. This only confirms that you cannot trust what has been promised to you. I drive a 2008 Mercedes C300 and I was seriously looking to upgrade and had considered this dealership but if this is how they treat service (women) customers, I can only imagine how they would treat their retail customers. Bad bad customer service. More
Parts and Service Scam No longer Murray Motors now Sonic Dealership and it shows. Took my 2012 GL 550 in for basic service and was presented with $10,000 bill. Service department stated all 4 of my air bags are failing. I have an extended warranty and the warranty company sent a tech to verify the failure. All a scam no air bag issues. It took 1 1/2 weeks to get my car back and they did not address any of the minor issues I requested to be fixed such as my key battery, brake light, and low tire presser. I called the GM several times to address these issues no call back. Its no longer the Murray Motors that I bought my previous two cars from. I will never go back and will suggest to everyone not to do business with them. More
