my service advisor was great and the general manager was kind but everything in between was madness. My car was kept for longer than expected without given a longer and to top things off they literally stol kind but everything in between was madness. My car was kept for longer than expected without given a longer and to top things off they literally stole my $300 cologne from my armrest compartment. I was to go purchase another one and they’ll reimburse, like what about gas and my time? spent an extra 2hrs trying to handle this matter which delayed my day for another couple unfortunate events that i won’t get into. At the end Bob Baldwin came out his meeting to make sure i was reimbursed. More

I brought my car in for the once a year service and was given a loaner for the days that were required. The entire process was handled very efficiently. Every time we have the car serviced all of our settings are changed. Yesterday the service was to replace 1 tire. During the tire replacement the air temperature was reduced to 60 degrees, the adjustments are changed. Yesterday the service was to replace 1 tire. During the tire replacement the air temperature was reduced to 60 degrees, the adjustments for the air fans were switched, the radio station was changed, the seat position was adjusted. All of this to change a tire! More
