I would give this dealership minus five stars if I could. They do not deserve to carry the Mercedes Badge. Shady, underhanded, and deceptive. Stay away. Worst dealership in the world. Shady snake oil salespeople. Called last night about an SL450 they had for sale. Told them we wanted the car, and I would be by the showroom in the Shady snake oil salespeople. Called last night about an SL450 they had for sale. Told them we wanted the car, and I would be by the showroom in the morning to see car. Arrived at 10:30am, test drove car told them my father wants it. They contacted my father. He signed agreement and wired the full amount in cash to them the minute they sent transfer information. Just got a call from Mardy saying the manager Joe sold the car just now to someone who took car as is and they signed the title already. How can a dealership, let alone a Mercedes dealership operate this way? The car was sold and paid for in full by my father this morning and they sell it again? Super unethical and shady. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. All I can say is karma is a xxxxx More

my service advisor was great and the general manager was kind but everything in between was madness. My car was kept for longer than expected without given a longer and to top things off they literally stol kind but everything in between was madness. My car was kept for longer than expected without given a longer and to top things off they literally stole my $300 cologne from my armrest compartment. I was to go purchase another one and they’ll reimburse, like what about gas and my time? spent an extra 2hrs trying to handle this matter which delayed my day for another couple unfortunate events that i won’t get into. At the end Bob Baldwin came out his meeting to make sure i was reimbursed. More

Online salesman (Joe Taylor) and personal Salesman (Desmond Daniels) great. No hassle and would highly recommend. Receptionist Merlanda friendly. Finance gentleman Kovan made me uncomfortable and (Desmond Daniels) great. No hassle and would highly recommend. Receptionist Merlanda friendly.
