Pat is a jewel to work with. He greets me by name and keeps me informed as to the progress of my repair. He really tries to get me in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. In my 64 years of living, Tim Aldridge is the most personable, informative,patient,understanding,thorough and highly professional service advisor I know for a fact i have ever encountered in my lifeti personable, informative,patient,understanding,thorough and highly professional service advisor I know for a fact i have ever encountered in my lifetime. He is an outstanding communicator and comprehensive in his review of the problems associated wih my 2004 C-230 Mercedes. He was courteous and very respectful at all times. He promptly advised me on the progress the mechanics were making on my car and when it would be ready for pick-up. I never had to call back once to inquire about what was going on with my car (how the work was progressing). This is the first time in my life I have ever been treated so kindly and attentively by any service advisor at any dealership (including Mercedes) EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. More

I am always a bit resistant to dealing with dealerships. I worry thst cost will be excessive and that they will push for somthing I don't really need. I came in first for a problem with my trunk hatch. Init I worry thst cost will be excessive and that they will push for somthing I don't really need. I came in first for a problem with my trunk hatch. Initially Pat told me that I was looking at about $700. A later phone call from Pat and I was surprised to hear that I needed new tires and a brake job also and it could cost about $4000 or more but he would work with me ao try to cut some of the cost. It did wind up costing about 20% less. When I picked up the car the push button opening devises for the hatch wasn't working. It closed and locked but, in my opinion, was not completely fixed. Pat said that he would take care of it and by the next day it was completely corrected at no additional cost. While Pat is your employee I had the good feeling that he was working for me also, that he "had my back". He made me feel that he had both the condition of the car and the also my safety in his recomendations. It is that kind of customer service that breeds repeat business and referrals. You have an excellant employee in Pat and a positive representitive of your dealership. More
I have but one issue. I trying to fix the problem myself, I purchased an electrical part from the parts department. The purchase was based on the CEL code. I put it on the car, but it did not fix the myself, I purchased an electrical part from the parts department. The purchase was based on the CEL code. I put it on the car, but it did not fix the problem. I removed it and re-installed the old part. When I explained what I had done and that the new part was on the car for maybe 2 minutes, I asked about either having the price I paid (about $120) adjusted from the bill or getting a refund. I was told all electrical parts are not refundable. Considering the bill for the repair was about $1200, allowances could have been made for the price of the part. While I understand that rules are rules, but for $120 on a $1200 bill, there is a bit of a bad taste left. Thanks, Gary McFadden More
