Service for Jane's 2011 GL 450 Mercedes Michael Iafanti is ALWAYS there for me (helps me understand what issue we have with our 2011 GL 450) and he deals with our extended warranty company t Michael Iafanti is ALWAYS there for me (helps me understand what issue we have with our 2011 GL 450) and he deals with our extended warranty company that sometime can be an issue. I hope you continue to keep Michael because he is more that a Service Advisor he is a trusted FRIEND!! As I have stated before trust must be earned and Michael Infanti has more that achieved my TRUST! With all the issues we have had with our 2011 GL 450 (we purchased over 4 years ago ) we will be looking to purchase another vehicle around the end of 2018 because our extended warranty expires . We would NOT be purchasing another Mercedes because of the quality issues we have had with our current 2011 GL 450 ( we have owned eight Mercedes starting in 1997) if it were not for Michael!!!! We know Michael will be there for us if needed! Thanks Michael for all your help and support. More

I bought a a 2015 SLK from a Mercedes dealership out of town and they didn’t detail it, so I brought it in to my local dealership for the detail. While taking my car Michael noticed a vibration that wasn’t right and scheduled me for the service right away. I didn’t even know there was anything wrong until it was fixed, what a difference! Very happy with my experience. More

The minute we pulled in, he had the vehicle checked with a Sprinter mechanic who diagnosed the problem. They ordered the parts for overnight delivery and immediately solved the problem the very next day. Their fees were fair and we could not be happier with the dealership. It is our pleasure to recommend them without hesitation. Gabe was our service advisor; he was polite and professional and ensured that the work was done quickly and properly. Dale was the sprinter mechanic. Dale is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about getting us back on the road as quickly as possible. More
