Great service representation Metry is a very attentive, friendly service representative. I love the fact that we have a "personal" service representative that we can call on. This is very important to us; building a relationship with someone who serves us. Also, can always ask for a car wash and vacuum, also very important, since we have no garage, and the Florida heat prevents us from really toiling with our cars as we had done in the past in NJ. And, the waiting area is so nice as are the staff. The Mercedes merchandise is also interesting to browse. (There was no ice cream in the cooler the day we were there, however.......)
