Mercedes Sprinter needed a new battery Thanksgiving week we were on our way to North Carolina to spend the holiday with relatives. We stopped our motorhome for breakfast and when we came o Thanksgiving week we were on our way to North Carolina to spend the holiday with relatives. We stopped our motorhome for breakfast and when we came out it would not start. The battery would not turn over the engine. Fortunately we were able to start the engine using the house batteries. As we were driving north I asked my wife to find the nearest Mercedes dealer. She said there is one about a half an hour north in Daytona. We called to see if they serviced Sprinters and were told they did and they had a battery for our model. We pulled in and were directed to Metry Shallop our service advisor. He was terrific! He got a Tech to look at our Motorhome. He tested our battery and determined that it needed to be replaced. In a very short time from our arrival without an appointment we were back on the road. The dealership is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. More
