on october 2, 2024 i had a flat tire from nails around a construction site and could not make it to the dealer. i got a tire a the nearest place to me. i went to the dealer to ask for a refund since i have construction site and could not make it to the dealer. i got a tire a the nearest place to me. i went to the dealer to ask for a refund since i have the tire package which i paid $3270. i spoke to Dan barber the manager. he said he could not help me and not able to refund me $437 for the tire. i contact CS.UK.Cust.Letters and they say the dealer is responsible to give me a refund. Mr barber said he had to send this to his upline. i went back to him a couple of times and still no answer. its a shame that a company like this will refuse a refund. SHAME SHAME SHAME. HE did not have the decency to email or contact me to say anything. i made a send trip to the dealer and no help. i would not recommend this dealer ship to anyone. it is now. Jan 10, 2025 and i still have not heard anything from anyone. More

Joe in the service department goes above and beyond. My car was a true lemon and the Mercedes dealer that I bought it from (Euromotorcars Germantown MD) did NOTHING to help. Joe stepped in and basically My car was a true lemon and the Mercedes dealer that I bought it from (Euromotorcars Germantown MD) did NOTHING to help. Joe stepped in and basically rebuilt the car and addresses every single issue that I had, and made me feel important again. I am on my 10th Mercedes (either leased or purchased from the above dealership) and even with that amount of business Joe is the only person that made me feel that I was valued by Mercedes Benz. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and his dedication to his job. More
