I did not feel like a valued customer. I was whisked in to a desk, man took my info and keys and blew me off. When trying to call, aside from many rings to answer, I was cut off twice. When I went to pick up my car, no one to help me anywhere! Finally stood at cashier window and waited for something to happen. I just sold that car and am now in the market to replace it, I won’t be buying a Mercedes Benz because I lack faith in the dealer and their service. Really liked that blue CLE300 out front too.
