Excellent customer service experience with service rep and always quality workmanship. HOWEVER, dealership had very poor pandemic protocol, or leadership, in permitting employees from all departments to e and always quality workmanship. Out of the blue all the warning lights came on in our car! We were able to get to the dealership and they were able to get us a loaner car while they were trying to decide what was going on with our car. car! This dealership tries hard to keep you happy...and usually succeeds. The Labor Charge for service on your vehicle, is ridiculous, but that is about the only negative. Gabby (Service writer) was easy to work with, and car was finished with service-B as promised. Only issue was loaner (base model GLC) was signed out to me as 1/2 tank of gas, and it was actually less than finished with service-B as promised. Only issue was loaner (base model GLC) was signed out to me as 1/2 tank of gas, and it was actually less than 1/4. Fortunately I only drove about 60 miles that day, but did return it with the low fuel light on. I would have also liked the option to try or have been offered a different class car. Been thinking about upgrading from my 2019 E450/4-matic to possibly an S-class. Maybe next time.... More
