Joe Drewes is my service writer… And as always delivers excellent service and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care! Usually dealerships have a bad reputation because of a number of thi excellent service and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care! I travel just under two hours to get my car serviced at this dealer… And I would not even consider coming that far (especially after having a horrible experience at another Mercedes store that is closer to me) had it not been for Joe and his professionalism.
