I was surprised by the poor service, as Mercedes is usually known for excellent customer care. When I arrived for my appointment, no one approached me, and when I went inside, the representatives were usually known for excellent customer care. When I arrived for my appointment, no one approached me, and when I went inside, the representatives were all on the phone—even the one I had the appointment with, who saw me arrive. They didn’t call to inform me that my car was ready, and when I got there, it wasn’t prepared. I wasn’t greeted, given an explanation of the service done, or even handed my car ready to go. It felt like providing good service wasn’t a priority for them. More

I did not feel like a valued customer. I was whisked in to a desk, man took my info and keys and blew me off. When trying to call, aside from many rings to answer, I was cut off twice. When I went to pick up my car, no one to help me anywhere! Finally stood at cashier window and waited for something to happen. I just sold that car and am now in the market to replace it, I won’t be buying a Mercedes Benz because I lack faith in the dealer and their service. Really liked that blue CLE300 out front too. Poor customer service. More
