This review is an anomaly from my previous experiences and reviews but I had to say something. Took my 2017 SLC 300 in for and inoperable windshield washer. Turned out it was a clogged grommet. I was char and reviews but I had to say something. Took my 2017 SLC 300 in for and inoperable windshield washer. Turned out it was a clogged grommet. I was charged $370 for repair with a $6 part. $300 labor and it took 30 minutes to fix. And there was a $37 charge for miscellaneous supplies. What is that? Washer fluid? The reservoir was full when I brought it in. Like I said, my normal experience at this shop has been good but in this case, I feel that this was an extremely exorbitant charge. More

I was in for an alignment after some suspension upgrades, Metry Shallop carefully explained what was involved and the mis-alignment impact on my two front tires. It wasn't cheap but I am confident that the Metry Shallop carefully explained what was involved and the mis-alignment impact on my two front tires. It wasn't cheap but I am confident that the work was performed correctly and that was evident when I left on I-95.
