I had an appointment for a rattling in my engine. When i brought it in it wasnt making said sound so i was told to come back some other day. I did and made an appointment to get it checked out and change the oil. I received the vehicle back already and i wasnt talked to about what it could be, couldve been. On the report it says something along the lines of regular sound for 290. No further explanation and in the videos i sent with the sound of the engine you can tell a Mercedes vehicle should never be making that sound. More

Everyone is very respectful and honest, specifically my advisor Nick, i trust him so much that i moved to Jacksonville and tried a new location, i asked for his help to check there quotes for my service wh advisor Nick, i trust him so much that i moved to Jacksonville and tried a new location, i asked for his help to check there quotes for my service which he happily did. After my service in Jacksonville i now only drive to the Daytona dealership because it's a complete 180 in the best way. Nick contacts me promptly, i never feel like im being strung along. He answers all of my questions while also giving his recommendations and why. He always makes me feel like I'm getting the best prices, and if something happens where my car ends up staying longer than presumed. He always sets up Ubers for me to get where i need to go. He will always find a loaner ASAP if need be, even though i might not have made my appointment to have on ready. The service here is exceptional. l've never had one complaint and i feel like that's very rare with a dealership and advisor. I've always loved the mechanics walk through showing my car and the problems, it gives an extra security factor. (Even though i have no idea about cars i can visualize what's going on.) | will always drive to Daytona Mercedes for my advisor Nick and the mechanics at this location are simply the best, the most honest, organized, and trustworthy.
