Went over what I wanted for my trade-in (based on nada and kbb values) and price of vehicle I was interested in. Got to the dealership a few hours later and everything went just as we had discussed on the phone. They gave me the fair trade-in value for my car and the car I was interested in was exactly as discussed, as well. I must say - it was a rather pleasant experience, unlike many I've had when purchasing a vehicle . No high pressure at all. It helps to do your homework in advance and know what you want and expect. My sales guy - David Donals was a pleasure to deal with, as was Tim Dalzell the finance manager, as well . More

I live south of Orlando, FL and tried all three dealerships in the Orlando area I am very particular about the service of my Mercedes-Benz vehicles. I made a call to Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach and instantly knew this was the place for me after speaking with the Service Manager, Dan Barber. He paired me up with an amazing Service Advisor, Joe Drewes, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated during each phase of my service visit. Absolute beautiful dealership, brand new loaner car fleet... the list goes on and on. Certainly worth the 1.5 hour drive from my house for service. I would drive 3 hours to get this level of service. Not 5 star rating, 10 stars! Wish all Mercedes dealers could model themselves off Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach! More
