A deal was struck via phone for a 2021 GLA 250 . awd Confirmed with not only internet sales manager but another manager named Bobby with a $500 refundable deposit which I agreed to although Its not a Confirmed with not only internet sales manager but another manager named Bobby with a $500 refundable deposit which I agreed to although Its not a customers problem how a dealer gets a dealer swap car delivered . .Next day , deal was broken by what I believe to be a different manager who quashed the deal , now requiring $1000 deposit and even saying $2000 is customary . Makes me wonder what other bait and switches were in store . Poor poor poor ! I’ll keep my beautiful Lexus and deal with a non deal breaker . More

I was with Mercedes-Benz for many years, with several different cars. I later tried two other cars with other dealerships, and was really happy to get back to the Mercedes-Benz dealership.
