Great People to deal with in service department. we are used to video walk around from northern dealer and car clean up was poor. My wife’s service experience has not been “the best or nothing” far from it. Service techs on arrival are slow to say hello how can we help you, they seem to hide in cubicles, their faces are buried in co nothing” far from it. I would say customers are pretty important, as soon as they approach someone should jump to have them, say hello my name is Jim in service here what can we do to help! and get it done. She never were offered a loaner car ever. But you advertise one for cars in service. my wife hates the whole experience there. Go to see how brilliant Honda service is from arrival to departure, it’s the way it should be “Over and above” standard. You would think Mercedes of Daytona would above and beyond please do something to Make this dealership a welcoming place, service to some women is scary. don’t assume you are good, there’s always room for improvement. DJ was an exceptional salesman when he showed us the cars. He is very personable and easy to talk with. We felt he was honest in all the things he told us. He even told us to go try BMW's, Volvos, an cars. He is very personable and easy to talk with. We felt he was honest in all the things he told us. Could not be happier. I have always said I'd rather have a root canal rather than deal with a car dealer on a new car purchase. because of TL Kay and Bobby Martin, I no longer dread that experience. Great sales experience with Mo, our salesman. Never once felt any pressure whatsoever. After the sale was completed Mo was extremely helpful showing my wife the operation of her new c300.
