The windshield washer on my 2009 CLK-350 was not working. I purchased the car, a CPO from MB of Daytona, last November. I made the appointment to bring in the car for service. This past week we were vacationing in Florida after attending the Barrett Jackson Auction in West Palm Beach. While returning from the Florida Keys, my wife and I visited Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beac attending the Barrett Jackson Auction in West Palm Beach. While returning from the Florida Keys, my wife and I visited Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach where we were greeted by Lee Grasso. He spent a considerable amount of time with us and treated my wife as an equal. Lee was extremely knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and proposed a competitive price to us for a Mercedes E550C my wife really liked. We slept on the deal overnight and purchased the automobile the next morning. It was refreshing to find a professional sales person that did not use the pressure closing statement, “What can we do to earn your business?”, used by snake-oil sales people in other dealerships. As we all know, we have entered a time where everything from ball point pens to cars are purchased on the internet without any human interaction. Lee spent time building a relationship with us, which certainly helped close the deal. More

Chris asked Dale to look at my broken window regulator. Walked in and was greeted at the front desk and receptionist was friendly and handed us a couple of waters and a salesman came to us. We told him what we were looking for in the used cars.
