This is very important to us; building a relationship with someone who serves us. Also, can always ask for a car wash and vacuum, also very important, since we have no garage, and the Florida heat prevents us from really toiling with our cars as we had done in the past in NJ. And, the waiting area is so nice as are the staff. The Mercedes merchandise is also interesting to browse. (There was no ice cream in the cooler the day we were there, however.......) I explained I didn't want a new one but I did specify a few of the wants that I did have in mind. That night she texted me with information on a vehicl she found and was having brought to the Daytona Mercedes location and that it would be there that Friday. S he then sent all of the information and details of the vehicle so my husband and I could look it over. I texted her back immediately and shared my interest. We then set up an appointment for 7/28/2018, my husband and I went and looked at the vehicle, loved it and left with it that same day. TL is a unique salesperson because he is not your typical "car salesman". He felt more like a friend who was trying to help me to get a new car since my husband died. I completely trusted him with everything and he set me up in a car that I love. The entire experience makes it hard not to stay with Mercedes for the future. Keith, the finance person was also a pleasure to work with. They were both very knowledgable in their fields and I felt in good hands throughout the entire process.
