Tables are provided in a separate area from the TV, providing a great work environment. I plug my computer in, charge my phone, and get to work. While I am working, I take advantage of the varieties of coffee, and cold water provided, as well as the fresh baked cookies, and ice cream treats available to the customers. I am kept informed of the progress of my car, and find checking out is a quick process. The staff could not be more accommodating and concerned about your satisfaction. Such a pleasant experience. My wife researched car safety ratings and we determined that we were interested in a Tank-like vehicle. We used the insurance company's app to research cars and dealers. Mercedes is rated at the top of vehicles for safety so we went to MB of DB to see what they felt like to drive. From the minute we walked in, We received top notch service from the customer relationship person, David Donals. The actual dealership is very impressive with everything geared toward the customer. David is a unique salesperson because he is not your typical "car salesman". He felt more like a friend who was trying to help get us a car that would meet our needs. We were immediately comfortable with David and his knowledge to get us into the best vehicle to make us feel comfortable and safe. We ended up leasing a certified pre-owned GLE. Keith, the finance person was also a pleasure to work with. They were both very knowledgable with excellent customer focus. We feel that we have created a relationship that will serve us well with this Mercedes as well the next ones. More
