After having purchased three vehicles and being customers of Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay for over a decade, we are very disappointed at the level of service we have received recently. One of the vehicles of Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay for over a decade, we are very disappointed at the level of service we have received recently. One of the vehicles that was purchased from this dealership accelerated by itself on the highway without decelerating , endangering the lives of the driver and the occupants of the surrounding vehicles. Luckily the person driving reacted quickly and was able to maneuver the car to the side of the road, avoiding an incident. This is a vehicle that is under three years old and is still under the manufacturers warranty. We were told to bring the car in without an appointment due to nature of what had happened. The following day when calling for an update on the status of the car, we are being told that it will be several days before they can even look at it. This is a situation that could have resulted in serious injury or worse and is not being handled with any sense of urgency or seriousness. Again this is very disappointing and not how long time customers should be treated. - Ramon Cernuda More
On previous car service appointments, I have always been very satisfied with the professionalism and great service by everyone at this dealer. My most recent service on 08/19/2021 has been and continues to very satisfied with the professionalism and great service by everyone at this dealer. My most recent service on 08/19/2021 has been and continues to be a total nightmare. Since the dealer had no loaner cars available, they kindly provided me with a Hertz rental vehicle from a representative onsite, which is the main reason for the nightmare. The day after the rental was provided, the car's tire became flat rendering the car useless since it had no spare tire and Hertz Road Assistance was non-existent. The dealer, after numerous calls, delivered my car to my office but the rental vehicle to this date, 09/02/2021, remains at parked in front of my office. The Hertz Representative, Jonathan, has been totally useless. Each time I called, he was always with a customer. I have left numerous messages of which he never returned any of my calls, Jonathan has not been helpful or concerned in anyway shape or form, and when I did finally speak with him on one occasion, he basically washed his hands of the matter and said I need to call another Hertz facility near my office. In my professional opinion, he shouldn't be in a customer service position since it's obvious he knows nothing about providing customer service!! I have been and continue to be extremely upset since the impression I get is that no one cares or is following up with this situation. My lease is coming to an end in March 2022 and this really has caused me to reconsider leasing or buying any vehicle from this dealership. More
