The employees go always above and beyond their required duty. I did not stay a minute alone without someone asking me if I needed help or if someone was taking care of me (beside offering free juice, soda, duty. Jose Castillo is extremely professional and knwoledgeable about the company and the cars. I came at 0655 to pick up my car I was invited to wait for him in his office and someone started the paperwork. At 0700 Jose Castillo arrives. I was able to get to work on time as planned. It reinforced my feeling that the employees actually respect every one schedule. Besides, kudos to whoever came with the loaner idea. Congratulations to Cutler Bay and especially Jose Castillo. I like the consistency of service and personnel. The customer gets to establish a report with the vendor and this trusting relationship is very important as opposed to random people giving you random information. My maintenance records are thoroughly reviewed in order to keep my vehicle in the best condition, as recommended by the manufacturer. Adam is very clear on his explanations regarding the procedures that apply, the price estimate and the time when my car should be ready for pick-up. He also keeps me up to date during the maintenance/repair procedure in regards to checking problems and additional repairs that may be needed. I have no complaints since I always get First Class Service. More
