The dealership is really clean & bright, all employees are very helpful. The service department is spotless. Living in Key West makes this dealership perfect for me. My concern it that since Smart was forced on to the Mercedes dealer, I'm not real sure that their techs are up to speed on the Smart car. I love my car because of its size, it's perfect for Key West. But I hate my car because of the service issues that I have had. I won't go into the details but it has been a service nightmare. I realize that Smart is the Red Headed step child of Mercedes but I would have thought they would have done a better job of mechanical design. Jose Castillo is extremely professional and knwoledgeable about the company and the cars. I came at 0655 to pick up my car I was invited to wait for him in his office and someone started the paperwork. At 0700 Jose Castillo arrives. I was able to get to work on time as planned. It reinforced my feeling that the employees actually respect every one schedule. Besides, kudos to whoever came with the loaner idea. Congratulations to Cutler Bay and especially Jose Castillo. I like the consistency of service and personnel. The customer gets to establish a report with the vendor and this trusting relationship is very important as opposed to random people giving you random information. I will recommend this dealership in a heart beat. More

I always get the most efficient and courteous service from the moment I set up my appointment, to the moment they return the car and hand me back my key. My maintenance records are thoroughly reviewed in order to keep my vehicle in the best condition, as recommended by the manufacturer. Adam is very clear on his explanations regarding the procedures that apply, the price estimate and the time when my car should be ready for pick-up. He also keeps me up to date during the maintenance/repair procedure in regards to checking problems and additional repairs that may be needed. I have no complaints since I always get First Class Service. More
