Mr. Chang, while moving my car, noticed a clicking noise from shifter so he suggested that the rubber bushings on the shifter needed replacement due to the noise it was making. VIP Customer Service My service experience was nothing short of excellent. I arrived early to my service appointment and it was not a problem. They were able to accommod My service experience was nothing short of excellent. I arrived early to my service appointment and it was not a problem. They were able to accommodate me right away, the paperwork was expedited and made easy for me to get in and out quickly. They even took care of the loaner/rental processing and paperwork right at the service advisors desk to make the process seamless and efficient. As I walked back out to the service drive area, the loaner (a MB as well) was ready and waiting for me... turned on with the AC running! We did a quick walk-through of the vehicle and I was on my way. The whole process took under :30. Great experience. (Service appointment was for routine service interval check). More
