Great Service For the last year I have been taking both of my E350's here for service. My service rep Robert is great. He always makes sure to explain the service and cost to me and is a very pleasant person overall. There is always a loaner car available and the rest of the staff are also very polite. My past service was pretty fast,a s I took my car in at 7am and left in a loaner and by 1pm, my car was ready. I don't know about the sales staff as I bought my cars at a different dealership as Cutler bay didn't have the exact options I wanted on my cars, but the service department is first class. More
