If your advisor is tied up, they will offer you a beverage until the advisor is available; I only needed to wait 5 minutes on any occasion if necessary. If you request a loaner it is waiting for you. My service advisor is Adrian Lee Sang and he is the best! Adrian will work with you on the options available for your vehicle at the time of service. Adrian can answer any questions you have about your vehicle and any questions you might have for up and coming vehicles; if he does not know he will ask. More
