My service advisor is Adrian Lee Sang and he is the best! Adrian will work with you on the options available for your vehicle at the time of service. Adrian can answer any questions you have about your vehicle and any questions you might have for up and coming vehicles; if he does not know he will ask. More

Great Service For the last year I have been taking both of my E350's here for service. My service rep Robert is great. He always makes sure to explain the service and cost to me and is a very pleasant person overall. There is always a loaner car available and the rest of the staff are also very polite. My past service was pretty fast,a s I took my car in at 7am and left in a loaner and by 1pm, my car was ready. I don't know about the sales staff as I bought my cars at a different dealership as Cutler bay didn't have the exact options I wanted on my cars, but the service department is first class. More
