Ruben Abreu the worst Manager in service I bought a new cla 250 in march 2014 and after 9000 miles the rotor was damaged and mercedes in Coral Gables changed me because the car is under warra I bought a new cla 250 in march 2014 and after 9000 miles the rotor was damaged and mercedes in Coral Gables changed me because the car is under warranty, now I took the car at Cutler Bay Mercedes and to do some work on the car, but at the same time I have again problem with the rotor are damaged with 9000 miles, the car has 18500 miles and the service adviser Mr Chang he called me and stated that the rotors are not under warranty and i need to pay to replace, and I asked to talk with the service manager and Mr Abreu called me and advised me to pick up the car and bringing to Coral Gables because he will not replace the rotors because is not under warranty. Can you believe this after we bought 4 Mercedes in the last 20 years this is how a manager talk to you. Worst manager and service at Mercedes Benz at Cutler Bay I hope the big boss will fired him because this type of service you just get at buy here and pay here.
