Spectacular experience at CBMB w Vernon Chang and his team I had bought my car and had prior service at Miami MB. I grew more dissatisfied w them as time went on. My wife urged me to try CBMB where she had h I had bought my car and had prior service at Miami MB. I grew more dissatisfied w them as time went on. My wife urged me to try CBMB where she had had her car serviced. And, as usual, my wife was right. Vernon was waiting for me as I walked in; he listened carefully as I explained my car's problems and wrote everything down on the RO accurately; he called me regularly and quickly returned my calls as the service process went on; the loaner car was great (I hated to return it !!); and each and every one of my car's issues was addressed and the car is running perfectly now. This is how car service should be! Hats off to Vernon and Cutler Bay MB for an overall spectacular service experience. More

He is prompt with my appts and always follows up. He is courteous and well informed. I also appreciate that I am provided with a loaner if the car will be taking longer than a certain amount of time. In fact, I stopped having my service at Pembroke Pines because loaners seemed to be always unavailable. I do wish that sometimes costs were a bit more reasonable or there was flexibility with loyal customers. For example, I am experiencing a leak in my car. Unfortunately the quote is exorbitantly high. I have been doing all of my services at Cutler but this may be one that I may have done elsewhere. More
