Way too expensive for maintenance and repairs!! 2-3 tomen there for same reason I think the problems is operational ! I have a manufacturer warranty and it seems that it’s not being honored since I have taken the car in 2-3 times I think the problems is operational ! I have a manufacturer warranty and it seems that it’s not being honored since I have taken the car in 2-3 times for the same issues.this last time I was told that a dye was injected into the AC system to see if it had a leak!?!?! Really?!?! I asked how do we know if it has a leak? Answer I got ... if the AC starts blowing hot air again then I have to bring it back !!! I truly feel my problem is not being addressed appropriately! It is not normal for a 2016 car nevertheless a Mercedes be blowing out hot air and low on Freon !!! And no solutions all I get is “we can’t duplicate the complaint” I would like to write to corporate and have this addressed I feel I am being disregarded especially since I didn’t purchase the car at a Mercedes dealer. The car has an issue and Mercedes is not backing up the warranty having me bring it back time and time again. Wasting time from work this time it was in the shop 5 business days. And to top it off when I was given my car back the gas tank was completely empty so much so I didn’t have enough to even drive to a gas station I had to ask the lady that takes in the rentals for gas and she looked at me like if I was asking for something that was not right. Not all people that own Mercedes are rich I feel if I don’t purchase extra service so this dealer can make money off of me I am not treated the same as others that shop there. I hope someone calls me back regarding this survey. I am extremely disappointed having purchased a Mercedes! More

Kevin - thank you so much for all your help and for your ability to listen and adjust to all of my needs. I think, Kevin has a great skil to adjust to the particular customer’s personality, that makes the customer wanting to come back. Will I go to the Mercedes service center in North Miami? - noo, because Kevin is not there! Enough about Kevin, otherwise I’ll create a big line of customers waiting for his service. The loaner guy (sorry for calling you this way - I just can’t recall your name, shame on me) was nice too - he did all the work for me by calling my insurance and dealing with annoying automated questions, etc. Overall, all was great as always -positive personell, good energy, fast, clean, and of course expensive! Love it! But why did you remove those walls between the service agents? 8-| -so now everyone has to listen to our weird jokes. PS. Good sales technique too - Kevin, you won, now I want to upgrade my car! More

Jose Castillo I reluctantly visited Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay again. I received a red battery indication on my dashboard. In fear of my vehicle shutting off, I I reluctantly visited Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay again. I received a red battery indication on my dashboard. In fear of my vehicle shutting off, I had to take my vehicle to the closest Mercedes Benz service department, which was Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay. Upon entering the service area, I explained that I could not remember the name of my prior service provider, but I would prefer to be assigned to a new/different advisor due to my previous experience with him. Nevertheless, I was still placed with Mr. Castillo. After explaining my issue to Mr. Castillo, he explained that I needed to pay one-hundred thirty five dollars to have a diagnostic test performed on my vehicle. In a bit on confusion, I explained that I never had to pay to have a diagnostic test performed on my vehicle in my past visits to Mercedes Benz of Miami. Mr. Castillo responded with “I don’t know what they do at Mercedes Benz of Miami.” Since my Father is the person to assist me with all of my vehicle issues, I asked for him to speak to Mr. Castillo via telephone. My Father explained to Mr. Castillo that I have an extended warranty, and questioned why I was required to pay for A diagnostic test on my vehicle. Mr. Castillo then told my Father that I probably have an aftermarket warranty, without confirming same in the Mercedes Benz system. After some convincing, Mr. Castillo proceeded to look through the Mercedes Benz system, wherein he confirmed that I did in fact have a warranty through Mercedes Benz. He then told my Father that he was “looking at the wrong car,” we were right, and he did not require a payment from me for the diagnostic test to be performed. Though I do believe that accidents happen, it is hard for me to believe that Mr. Castillo made the same mistake twice. It seems to me as though it was Mr. Castillo’s intention to take advantage of me, thereby charging me for a service that he knew I was not required to pay. It is scary to think how many other customers Mr. Castillo has taken advantage of while in his tenure at Mercedes Benz. Though I expressed my concerns to the service manager, Mr. , I wrote this letter with the hope that this matter would be looked into thoroughly by Mercedes Benz. More
