My only constructive comment is that it took at least 15 minutes for the paper work from the service area to catch up with my car being brought up front and then sitting there waiting for me to complete the paper work transaction before driving off the lot.. Actual car service is under par. My writer Kevin is amazing. The actual service has always been a bit extra. So if the washer fluid is empty did they check or actually do any service to my car? Very disappointing. And unfortunately this has not been the only time a few things have not been done or i was told i needed more than i actually did. :( More
