GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I am a faithful loyal customer of David Appleton and Herbert Kanzki in the Service Department. Mr. Appleton is as good as it gets with management and I am a faithful loyal customer of David Appleton and Herbert Kanzki in the Service Department. Mr. Appleton is as good as it gets with management and leadership styles. Herbert is top of the line Service Advisor. I am not willing to trade them for anything in the world. I like the facts that Mr. Appleton displays humility by making himself available to speak with customers. Herbert treats you as if you are the only person present and important to him. He explains things in a way that you can understand, he keeps you updated, and the best ever person who provides a loaner. I truly enjoy the service. I will keep driving Benz so as to keep my Service Advisor. Kudos for a job well done! Nell More

There really wasn't anything wrong with my car I just took it as a precaution. They offered to change the wipers for $178.00 plus tax That's crazy!!! after I was quoted that amount I was sent a text telling me I could get other things fixed as well totally almost $2000 more!!! OMG I feel like I should have my car commended there is so much wrong with it!!!??? or is it just another way of squeezing more money out of the costumer? Shame on you Mercedes Benz. I love the car This is my 4th but I don't like the way I was squeezed. More

Overpriced for services rendered Unless you have a dealership warranty for service or body work that your insurance covers, then it isn't worth going here. There are many independent mechanics who've worked for years for this dealership that can offer reasonable prices for the same service to your car. To be fair, there are courtesy services that they offer, however the exorbitant prices imposed on consumers covers those freebies. Also, they didn't have anyone in entry way to greet you at service area. I had to look around to find someone. Anyway, if you want your pocket book to be xxxxx, then this is the place. I'm sorry I didn't shop around. More
