I was able to get an appointment for the next day (a Saturday). When I arrived, it took about 15 minutes to drop off the car and get a complimentary rental. They kept me apprised if when my car would be ready. When I picked it up, it only took about about 15 minutes from arrival to departure. They were courteous and efficient. I hope I never need to go back, but if I do, it will definitely be to this dealership! More
