I apologize for the delayed response. I’m sorry to hear about the bad experience you had with our Parts Dept. Per your recommendation, I personally spoke to Mr. Andre Goppy at Baker Motors yesterday afternoon so that I could fully understand the sequence of events. We will be reimbursing 100% of the cost of the part we delivered to you in error ($256.70). We will also be reimbursing you $444.00 ( plus misc. charge and tax ) for the cost of the labor incurred to have correct headlight installed on your vehicle by Baker Motor Company; this amount is $516.53. This brings the total to $773.23. You have been sent a pre-paid shipping label so that you can return the part to us. Once we received the original unit, we will issue you the entire payment of $773.23. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
