I went to Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay for a new tire recently. Regina Vera, my service adviser, was amazing. After having purchased three vehicles and being customers of Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay for over a decade, we are very disappointed at the level of service we have received recently. One of the vehicles of Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay for over a decade, we are very disappointed at the level of service we have received recently. One of the vehicles that was purchased from this dealership accelerated by itself on the highway without decelerating , endangering the lives of the driver and the occupants of the surrounding vehicles. Luckily the person driving reacted quickly and was able to maneuver the car to the side of the road, avoiding an incident. This is a vehicle that is under three years old and is still under the manufacturers warranty. We were told to bring the car in without an appointment due to nature of what had happened. The following day when calling for an update on the status of the car, we are being told that it will be several days before they can even look at it. This is a situation that could have resulted in serious injury or worse and is not being handled with any sense of urgency or seriousness. Again this is very disappointing and not how long time customers should be treated. - Ramon Cernuda More
