My husband and I never like spending time in dealerships, so when my lease was up and we had to go to car shopping, we were dreading the entire process. To our surprise, we were greeted with white glove treatment and we were taken better care of than ever before by Jean-Pierre (JP) Basagoitia and Oliver Ortiz. JP was friendly, compassionate, and very patient with our considerations. He was helpful and really did all he could to make this purchase possible.
