I went my first time shopping for my husband’s car. From the moment you enter the place it is a pleasant experience. The ambience, staff and personalized treatment is extraordinary. Carlos has the best patience with customers and he is there to help you every step of the way. Danny Baster, the sales manager, such a gentleman as well. He makes sure, you get the best attention and feel comfortable. Not every manager can be as down to hearth as Danny. The way he treats his staff members and customers is exceptional. I wish for a boss like him!! Having said that. I went back a second time for a car for myself and I felt as part of the family already. Every question and concern Carlos and Danny were there to help. I had the best deals on both cars and I am very very happy. I would go back any time . Not the regular experience you get in any other dealership. The process was smooth and took the adequate time. The finance guy Rene, was very nice and kind as well . He made sure I got the plans I needed within my budget. It was a pleasant experience.
