The technician Steve was excellent he arrived very quickly and took care of everything for us. The only issue was he had trouble with the charge card machine as it had to be updated and that took quit quickly and took care of everything for us. I went in the following day and the cars were exactly as she had showed be the day before. She made me feel like I was the only person there. Being in customer service as well, this was surprising to see. I ended up driving away with an AMG exactly at the prices we had discussed and Laura nor the financial person (Robert I believe) were pushy on upsales.
