Laura and the entire dealership staff and experience was exceptional. Being my first experience with Mercedez-Benz (and living 45 min from the dealer), Laura worked with be over the phone and was super ult exceptional. Being my first experience with Mercedez-Benz (and living 45 min from the dealer), Laura worked with be over the phone and was super ultra patient with my questions, expectations, and budget. I went in the following day and the cars were exactly as she had showed be the day before. She made me feel like I was the only person there. Being in customer service as well, this was surprising to see. I ended up driving away with an AMG exactly at the prices we had discussed and Laura nor the financial person (Robert I believe) were pushy on upsales. They made me feel in my comfort zone the entire time! Highly recommended and you have won me as a a client. More
