I've always wanted to drive a Mercedes Benz and I finally got one. In May, 2010 I purchased a GLK350 SUV. The reason I chose this particular dealership was because it was close to home. I've purchased quite a few cars in my life, but I've never, ever had the kind of service and attention that I received at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay. From the time I entered the dealership until the time I drove my car off the lot, I received the best, most courteous service and attention that I have ever had from any other dealership. My sales consultant, Anthony Demosthenis, went out of his way to get me the best deal possible on my new car. He was knowledgeable and went to great lengths to ensure that all of my questions were answered. There wasn't a single question about the car or the sales process that he was not able to answer. He took us for a test drive and even explained all of the "functions" of the car. Most of all, I never felt pressured or intimidated by Anthony. He made the whole sales process very relaxing and very comfortable for me. I felt like I was talking to a good friend. Anthony is a wonderful sales person and very good at his job, but, more importantly, he is a kind and understanding person who goes out of his way to make sure his clients feel comfortable and taken care of. I've never had such an easy and relaxing time when buying a car....what a difference! The same applies to Mark Winstead, the Finance Manager that completed the sales process for me. As with Anthony, Mark was courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient and did everything he could to make the whole process absolutely seamless!! Mark is a true professional and a very kind and considerate person, which is so rare and hard to find in this particular business. I can't say enough good things about Anthony and Mark. They are honest, forthright and consummate professionals. But most of all, they both made me feel like I was the most important client they had ever had. I'm sure they make everyone feel that way! To say that I highly recommend this dealership would be a gross understatement!! I've never owned a Mercedes Benz before this one, but I can honestly say that I will never buy another car that is not a Mercedes....nor will I buy it from any other dealership that is not Mercedes Benz at Cutler Bay. More

Customer service was excellent from the moment I called to schedule the appointment. I was kept informed of the extend of the problem to how it would be resolved, how long it would take to resolve and when to schedule the appointment.
