What a difference! We shopped at other dealers in the South Florida area and we never felt welcomed in any of the other competitor's showrooms (we are a gay couple). We test drove a couple of pre-owned CLK's and decided on one that was in their lot. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth and trouble-free this whole esxperience was to us. My typical experience with the "financing departments" in car dealerships are white-knuckle and extremely tense. None of which occured here. This was my first time purchasing a new car, and I thought walking into a Mercedes dealership was going to be intimidating. I must have looked like a dear in headlights because they gave me the most warm and attentive of sales reps. She was very patient and very descriptive of all of the models I had an eye on, and keeping in line with the budget I had in mind. Never hesitated in spending an additional minute or two explaining in detail the options on the vehicles, and on payment. I also had a great experience with the finance manager, he was also very patient and descriptive. He made sure I understood everything that was taking place and what mine and his obligations would be. I never felt under-minded or taken advantage of. I felt I had the best pricing from the beginning, since I did do some research before heading over, and they beat the pricing I had in mind. We were looking for a specific vehicle and she guided us through every phase of our search. The sales process began long before we ever visited the dealership - and it was beyond pleasant; professional, punctual, and extremely sincere! My wife and I traveled over an hour and a half with our 3 year-old son to visit Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay and we are very glad that we did! From our arrival to our departure, the experience could not have been better. We love new cars, but we do not care much for car dealerships, or the excruciating experience that almost always goes along with purchasing a new car. This was a completely different experience; the dealership was spotless, the cars impeccable, showroom and staff were both warm and inviting, and so ever important - the pricing was most competitive! The overall staff was second to none from the warmth on the telephones to the greeting when you walked in the showroom - extremely accomodating and professional. Financing was even very quick and painless.....can be pretty tough with a 3 year-old. Again, the accomodations with juice, soda, cookies - they had it covered! Giuseppe Todisco was the Finance Manager that handled our financing and he was extremely efficient and professional - thorough, yet precise....thank you! Our overall experience was so far beyond what we expected - We would recommend this dealership to anyone! From the time I entered the dealership until the time I drove my car off the lot, I received the best, most courteous service and attention that I have ever had from any other dealership. My sales consultant, Anthony Demosthenis, went out of his way to get me the best deal possible on my new car. He was knowledgeable and went to great lengths to ensure that all of my questions were answered. There wasn't a single question about the car or the sales process that he was not able to answer. He took us for a test drive and even explained all of the "functions" of the car. Most of all, I never felt pressured or intimidated by Anthony. He made the whole sales process very relaxing and very comfortable for me. I felt like I was talking to a good friend. Anthony is a wonderful sales person and very good at his job, but, more importantly, he is a kind and understanding person who goes out of his way to make sure his clients feel comfortable and taken care of. I've never had such an easy and relaxing time when buying a car....what a difference! The same applies to Mark Winstead, the Finance Manager that completed the sales process for me. As with Anthony, Mark was courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient and did everything he could to make the whole process absolutely seamless!!
