I was interested in purchasing a pre owned Mercedez Benz . As I began shopping I was alarmed at the condition and history of the cars that I was finding on the local internet listings . I drove to Cutler Bay Mercedes Benz and was introduced to Angel Piloto - sales and Fernando Lopez - GM . I did not see anything in thier current inventory so I described to Angel what I was looking for. He said that when something came in he would call me immediately . Well 10 days later Angel called me early on a Monday morning and said that he had just received a beautiful 2006 CLK350 in trade on Saturday night. He then described the car to me . It was exactly what I was looking for. We then haggled a little bit until we agreed upon a fair price . I bought it over the phone site unseen. The car is everything and more from what Angel had described . I drove back to the dealership, all paperwork was ready and finished up the deal with Hugo in Finance. The fist time I called the dealership I was guided by Toni Gonzalez the sales coordinator. She was very polite and helpful. She forwarded my inquiry about a C63 AMG to Carlos Escobar who became my sales Toni Gonzalez the sales coordinator. She was very polite and helpful. Carlos showed us around the dealership, offered us refreshments and snacks during the process. He was a very straight forward sales consultant which I like. In fact, the very reason why I chose to go to Cutler Bay was because of the effort Carlos showed when I first spoke to him on the phone: He said he would make a quick video of the car. I didn't realize i was going to be receiving it about 10 minutes later! None of the other sales consultants in any of the other MB branches did that. That impressed me so I felt this dealership deserved my business. In the process I also worked with Fernando Lopez-Varela who was very patient when working out the numbers with me and perhaps the roped me into the purchase. Thank you. Giuseppe Todisco was the finance manager that we worked with on the purchase. His help was the icing on the cake in the experience. He helped tremendously in customizing He, just like all other members of the staff were patient and very helpful. Thank you. The entire process was very smooth, as good as anyone could expect. Everyone was always friendly, I suppose that's one of the attractive things about dealing with a family owned dealer, they treat their customer's more on a personal level.
