Two and half years ago we came to Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay. They had just opened a month earlier. Not only did I get from him a Mercedes-Benz; I got two! One for my wife and another for myself. His sales approach and demeanor is out of this world. Earlier this month Mercedes-Benz had a promotion that thay would waive up to 3 lease payments in order to get us into a new lease. My ML350 had just 3 lease payments remaining. My wife and I did not hesitate and took advantage of this opportunity and paid Ewer a visit on Friday, May 13th. We got there past 7:30PM and he welcomed us despite the dealership actually closing at 8:00PM. We worked out a lease with Guisseppe, one of the Business Managers and were out in approximately 2 hours with a brand new C300. We've been recommending MB of Cutler Bay to our friends. I actually came into the dealership to purchase a new C300. When my husband and I arrived to the property we were welcome by a pleasant young receptionist, which was very polite. She introduced use to Augie, who I immediately felt having a good connect with. He asked me some questions about my needs and then took us to a adjacent garage with new models. We selected a new C 300 and test drove the car. The test drive was nice, as I was able to take the car on the highway, as well as through the city. Augie noticed that I was not very excited about this car as I own an SUV. He suggested to test drive an ML and wow...what a difference. I felt much more secure and comfortable in this car. However the price of a new ML fully load was a bit out of my budget expectation. Augie mentioned to me not to worry and should me an ML model that just came in and was going to be Pre-certified. We looked at this care and agreed to make a deal. I came back the following weekend and Augie showed me another used ML with more options and less milage, which seem to suit me better. I test drove the car and fell in love with it. It is a 2009 ML fully loaded. Augie was the mediator during the deal negotiations and the experience was pleasant. Hugo Sanchez was the business manager who completed the paper work for us and walked us through other options of protection. This process was easy and a non pressure upsell strategy by the dealership. Today I picked up the car after it was pre-certified and detailed. The car seems to be like new and even still smells like it just cam out of the factory. Thanks to Augie's professionalism and excellent customer service, we had a great experience. Plus we much have met 6 or 7 other people at the dealership and everybody was very courteous. A delightful experience. More
