I was very fortunate to have met Carmen Arrazola when MB Cutler Bay first Opened. The minute you meet Carmen you feel as sense of Peace & Tranquilty. It is very uncommon to find a Sales Associate li Cutler Bay first Opened. The minute you meet Carmen you feel as sense of Peace & Tranquilty. It is very uncommon to find a Sales Associate like Carmen Arrazolo in the Auto Industry. There is No Pressure, she is a very soft sell which is refreshing. Carmen Arrazola is extremely professional. She does an excellent job of explaining all of the cars features & details. Carmen will do her absolute best to make a deal work for client. I have experienced this first hand. I have now leased 2 E350 Mercedes Benz cars from MB Cutler Bay; both with Carmen Arrazola. I highly recommend Carmen Arrazola and will only work with her when leasing a car at MB Cutler Bay. I am very lucky that our paths crossed and Carmen became my Sales Assosciate. Carmen is one of the main reasons that I have remained a loyal Mercedes Benz Customer. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes-Benz E350 P1 Pkg, CPO, Color combination chosen was black on the outside and black on the inside , this was my very first time purchasing a Mercedes from Cutler Bay location, I h combination chosen was black on the outside and black on the inside , this was my very first time purchasing a Mercedes from Cutler Bay location, I had said to myself about a year a go maybe I should give this dealership a try and I finally did, my sales rep was Carlos Escobar and I tell you it makes a big difference when your dealing with a sales rep who knows the car inside out and I m glad I sat with the right person, my sales rep seemed very confident and professional took the time to make the deal and I walked out with the car with in two hours, the whole team including Hector Lopez pre owned car manager were very helpful and knowledgeable, if this grading scale was up to a 10 I would definitely give Carlos Escobar a 10, before buying your Mercedes-Benz at other dealership I would strongly recommend going to cutler bay first and you would definitely walk out with a great car and great deal. I have worked with Ewer before and I recommend you look for him if you want to have an excellent purchasing experience. Ewer went to bat for me and I got the price I wanted. His sales mgr was extremely courteous and accomodating so overall it was an excellent experience and I was out the door with my Certified Pre Owned car within 2 hrs. On top of that, Ewer gave me a new Mercedes Benz shirt. I guess you could say I came out of there still with my shirt on my back< lol. More
This was the best "car buying" experience without question! I went to Acura, BMW, Audi, etc and none compare to MBCutler Bay. After locating the vehicle through the www, we began this journey via email. The guys functioned as a Team. Being over 700 miles away, I didn’t want to make the trip and be disappointed. We had two complex transactions to negotiate from afar; a trade-in and a purchase. Hector and Angel teamed up to provide two customized videos complete with personalized sound answering my specific questions and pointing out the features of the vehicle while proving the functions actually were operable. We had visited over 7 dealers in the Atlanta area and were led on various bait and switch or otherwise disappointing and time consuming wastes of time. After these experiences, poor Hector and Angel had to contend with me and my ever increasing questions. They did so in highly professional and timely manner. Two videos, multiple photos, numerous emails and phone calls discussing general sales and pricing as well as condition guidelines and expectations all had to be relatively firm before I was going to drive 11 hours down to Cutler Bay. The guys responded well. Actually, I can’t really imagine an improvement on their approach to making a deal. We settled verbally on expectations for each other’s vehicle right out in the open. This was not a difficult conversation to have and Hector assured me that if I was willing to make the trip, he was willing to make sure it would be “worth our while”. We loaded up the family at midnight in Atlanta after a full work week and arrived at 11:30am in Cutler Bay on Saturday. The vehicle had been fully detailed and was proudly displayed in the air conditioned show room with the all important “HOLD” sticker on the windshield. This is a very nice technique for a Mercedes Dealer to treat this Infiniti QX56 so well. Yes, we had some figures to discuss/reach middle ground and fortunately for both parties the objective of a win-win solution was achieved in a few hours. My two boys were entertained by Hugo and the other staff members whose names I cannot recall. The boys found themselves a home in one of the private seating areas surrounded by luxury cars. We lost them for awhile but Hugo came to the rescue and said he could track them down and as promised, he did and they went crazy with sodas and donuts. These guys at Cutler Bay know what they are doing. They had found a buyer for our trade in before we left and were detailing it as we drove off. Down the road, an indicator light came on that I didn’t know how to understand or correct. A quick phone call to Hector, a u-turn and back to the shop. I was greeted by Hector and a Service Manager. They took it (and my family) directly into the massive service center, pulled a Technician off of his project and had him figure out the solution. Angel took us all for a ride to make certain the light didn’t come back on and 30 minutes later we were on the road again searching for Cocoa Beach to finally rest after such a long night and day. I received a phone call the next day from both Hector and Angel. Their purpose? To find out how we were enjoying the vehicle, if there were any issues and did we make it to the beach. Same call a few days later to see if we had arrived home safely and the status of our feelings for the QX56. I am not a young or wealthy guy and this is not my first rodeo with sales guys. This is however my first totally positive experience purchasing a used vehicle. Nice job guys. I have already shared my story with several business colleagues and there is no telling how many people my wife has shared hers with. I drive a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9L and someday perhaps will be able to upgrade. Wonder where I will look??? Pete Blackwell is the GM, Angel Piloto is Sales, Hector Brito is the Internet Manager, Hugo Sanchez is the Business Manager with a personality. Want a Benz or great condition used car? Do your homework. Be intelligent. Ask them to hold the car and get on down there to work a deal. In my department at work our philosophy is “we say what we do and we do what we say”. I cannot speak for the entire dealership but I can speak from experience with these 3 guys, they share the same motto and practice what they preach. This review applies to my experience in working with Mr. Carlos Escobar in trading in my 2010 Camaro SS for a 2009 Porsche Boxster: 1. Carlos asked me quality questions. Carlos asked me plenty of quality questions to fully determine my situation and buying needs. He was able to uncover my goals, objectives, concerns, and hesitations. This allowed Carlos to effectively discuss the features and benefits of the Porsche and the dealership that most related to my needs, especially given that I had to drive from Tampa to south Miami and back to Tampa, all in a single day. 2. Carlos listened to what I said. When I asked Carlos a multitude of questions covering the Camaro SS trade-in and purchasing/financing of the Boxster, he listened carefully, often taking notes and summarizing his understanding of my questions and comments. Most importantly, he was comfortable and honest in not being able to answer all of my questions himself, and this indicated to me that he had a very high level of personal integrity. 3. Carlos was passionate about his salesmanship. He was very proud of the dealership and exuded this pride when talking about the dealership's products and services. His passionate for excellence meant he was willing to put more effort into my trade-in and sale. His enthusiasm shone brightly in every one of our conversations, and he was genuinely excited about selling me the Porsche Boxster while ensuring that the trade-in process for my Camaro SS went smoothly, and that I received a very fair and reasonable value for my trade-in. Carlos was always in a positive mood -- even though he had other customers whom he had to service during my time at the dealership -- and his enthusiasm was contagious. He did a superb job of focusing on the positive elements of my trading in my Camaro SS for the car of my dreams -- the Boxster. 4. Carlos took responsibility for the results of the transaction. In all forms of our interaction -- in person, via email, and over the phone -- Carlos conducted himself knowing that his actions would be decisive in achieving the "win-win" results for his dealership and me. He was the consummate professional! 5. Carlos worked very hard. He was available to me at any time of the day or night and was willing to go the extra mile by allowing me to converse with him at length even after “normal duty hours.” 6. Carlos kept in touch with me throughout the trade-in process and even after I had purchased the Boxster. He provided extensive information in response to my questions via email and over the phone when I was in Tampa. He followed up with emails and phone calls when he did not have the answer himself but needed to coordinate with the other functional experts in the dealership. Carlos also was constantly able to keep me informed and comfortable with every aspect of the transaction. I would highly recommend Carlos as a sales professional to anyone considering making a new or pre-owned car purchase from his dealership. More
