After having been away from Mercedes fo more than ten years, I decided to just look at a car. The E-350 was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my last Mercedes, an E-320, was damaged in a hur years, I decided to just look at a car. The E-350 was exactly what I was looking for. He held the car for me (we were still getting out of a Lexus lease), picked me up at the Lexus dealership and brought me back to pick up my new E350. I also have to say Mark, who helped us in the finance department, was professional, friendly and thorough. He was a pleasure to work with, and again, like Augie, went way out of his way to make this all work for us. Dealing with Hector and Anthony was great. I flew down from New Hampshire to buy a pre-owned car.
