I recently replaced my exisiting C300 with the new C250 coupe. As usual my entire transaction was handled with the upmost proffesionalism and respect for my time. Ms. Arrazola took care of the issue by making all the arrangements for me with the service advisor Jose Castillo. A loaner was waiting for me and the entire matter was resolved within 2 days. I have been driving Mercedes Benz for over 20 years now. It never surprises me the attention to detail and the commitment to service excellence. It is not just about the quality you expect but more importantly, the service behind the product. This dealership and all the team members I came in contact with are a true asset to this institution. The staff also went out of their way to work with us to obtain a price for the vehicle that would be within our budget. In addition, although we were not buying one of the pricier vehicles on the lot, when we picked up the car, the manager came to thank us for our patronage. This is not common to see at such a large dealership, and it showed us that every customer and every sale is important to them. At Mercedes Cutler Bay however, the minute I walked in, I felt extremely comfortable. I was introduced to my sales rep; Carlos Escobar and he immediately put me at ease. I never felt as if I had to negotiate or haggle. I told him upfront what I would like, and my financial situation. That was all he needed. For the next few days, he frequently called to update me on new arrivals and finance options, and not once did I fel any kind of pressure. Finally he found me want I wanted at the BEST deal possible. No other dealer came close to the deal and terms that Carlos found me. When I came in to close the deal, I was in and out in minutes. If that were not enough, I still had the problem of returning my old car to the dealer in North Miami Beach, without hesitation, Carlos arranged to have it towed (flat bed) to the dealer at NO COST to me. I live in Coconut Grove, approximately 13 miles away, and despite having another Mercedes dealer in Coral Gables, with the friendly service and attention form Mercedes Benz Culter Bay, I will definately make the drive to Mercedes Cutler bay for scheduled services.
