Regardless of the brand (Porsche, Lexus, Nissan, Mercedes), the salesperson and their management "always" managed to conduct themselves in a dishonest and unprofessional manner. They have done everything from making promises that they later would not honor to just flat out lying. Inevitably, new costs and fees have always appeared at the moment I sign the closing paperwork. FINALLY, the most recent process of changing my vehicle (turned in my lease & purchased a new vehicle) was a pleasant, effective, and efficient experience. From the initial conversation with my salesperson, Ahmed "Alex" Gonzalez at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay, to the moment I drove of the lot with my new car, my entire experience was nothing short of "World-Class." The team at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay delivered "Ritz-Carlton Service with Federal Express Efficiency." I was able to view their inventory and select my vehicle within an hour. I, then was able to negotiate my deal, get the car prepared for delivery, get walked through all the features in my new car, complete all of the associated paperwork, and drive of the lot with my new car with in 1.5 hours. The entire process took less than 2.5 hours. I congratulate and highly recommend the team at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay.
